Watak Utama “Lord of the Rings” Liv Tyler mengaku dia tertekan untuk kelihatan jelita untuk setiap filemnya. Liv berkata dia cukup berhati-hati mengenai pemakanannya jika dia berlakon dalam filem baru, menurut laporan blockbuster.co.uk.
“Memang saya tertekan kerana saya perlu berhati-hati tentang apa yang saya makan. Saya cuba diet seimbang tapi saya tidak terlalu memaksa diri. Tapi bila saya berlibur atau tidak bekerja, saya akan pastikan saya masak dan makan bersama anak saya.
“Kemudian, bila saya tahu ada filem baru, saya akan buat persediaan tiga hari sebelum itu dengan membuat jus, sup dan makan banyak sayur-sayuran,” kata Liv.
